Position/Title: Business Development Executives (4 Positions Available)
DIVISION: IT - Software Sales and Marketing
Region: Tamil Nadu, South India.
Salary: Basic Pay – (Rs 10,000 – Rs.15, 000) + Incentives + Commissions.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for IT software sales, Drive the sales of SMART SMS - Software & Services for Schools.
• Organize and manage sales activities
• Build and analyze pipelines
• Recommend and drive growth
• Growing the business through identification of potential Customers, establishing, cultivating and developing new partners.
• Working with internal teams to achieve assigned sales targets
• Key account management
• Meeting monthly sales target
• Service existing clients and bring in new client base.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years proven software sales track record.
• Freshers with strong desire and passion in sales/ Marketing Welcome.
• Report directly to Team Manager on daily basis.
• Strong understanding of software sales
• Ability to manage in an indirect sales model through industry partners
• Ability to manage sales pipeline and forecast, both directly and indirectly
• Ability to drive sales engagements to successful closure
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently and also a strong team player.
• Pleasant personality, excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Position/Title: Team Manager (2 Position Available)
DIVISION: IT - Software Sales and Marketing
Region: Tamil Nadu, South India.
Salary: Basic Pay – Rs 22,500 + Incentives + Quarterly Commissions.
Responsibilities:
• Management of the Direct Sales Team and Tele Marketing Team, Technical supporting teams.
• Liaise, Train, motivate, guide, direct and work closely with your peers in the team.
• Responsible to achieve and exceed monthly sales Targets.
• Responsible for the leadership & development of the Sales & Operations planning process.
• Devise outbound sales programs to meet & exceed Sales targets, support the field Sales B.D.E. for enhancing effectiveness of sale closures.
• Collaborative approach to review current process & implement continuous improvement & enhancements. Assertive to make key decisions when required.
• Data analysis – analysing the revenue trends. Reports on activity and achievements, and analysis of effectiveness.
• Ensure that the Sales team have the learning & development tools and knowledge to follow through on their roles.
Requirements:
• Reporting to: Director, Business Development and CEO.
• Degree in Sales & Marketing, IT, Computer Engineering or other business related course.
• Minimum 2 – 5 years proven software sales management track record.
• Self Motivated with Proven business acumen.
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Excellent communication and Customer focus
• Must have proven ability to organise and prioritise work
• Occasional travelling of up to 20% monthly to the assigned regions.
• Personnel Management experience
• In-depth knowledge & experience of Sales & Operations Planning process
